​1. Download the application form (For individual registration, please download the individual application form; for school group registration, please download the school application form).

2. Fill in the application form and ask for the signature of the principal of your school.

​

3. Scan the completed and signed application form into a PDF version and send it to our email: cite@hku.hk

​

4. We will review the application form after receiving it and inform you of the result by email in July.

​

5. Once payment is successful, we will confirm via email.

​​

Seats are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
